White Heron Properties is also the home of British Cassis, the luxury British liqueur made from juicy berries that have been grown, picked and blended on our family farm for 140 years. We also have vineyards and grow three varieties of grapes which are turned into our White Heron Estate Sparkling Wine. Why not treat your guests to an Ebike tour around the Estate where you can see the vineyards, blackcurrant and apple orchards. In the spring, the apple-blossom in the orchards is enchanting.
