Only half an hour from the coastline with sandy beaches and clean water, it’s the ideal base to explore the culture and heritage of Tuscany or to just relax by the stunning pool, nestled in the olive groves.
The house has three floors – entering on the ground floor there is a dining room, sitting room and kitchen all opening on to the panoramic south-facing terraces with al fresco dining. The first floor has two bedrooms with three beds each, sharing a bath and shower, whilst downstairs there are a further two bedrooms both with their own bathroom (bath with shower over) and both opening onto the lower terrace. An additional bedroom on ground level is only accessible from outside and is comfortable, and often used by au pairs or teenagers.
No TV or Wifi ensures a properly relaxing retreat, although the mobile signal is excellent.
