Stunning country cottage - can sleep up to 5
Field Cottage is located in a beautiful orchard and vineyard setting, with extraordinary panoramic views from the Welsh Black Mountains to the South Shropshire Hills. This is a typical Herefordshire holiday cottage, with lots of home comforts. The interiorreflects its rural surroundings and with its rustic antique furniture becomes a real home from home. The property consists of: hall, cloakroom, kitchen, a large open-plan sitting and dining room leading out to a south-facing terrace, perfect for a family BBQ. Upstairs are two bedrooms - a double and a twin and one shared bathroom. Dogs are welcome, although the garden is not dog secure so keep on a lead if it's a runner! We not have a hot tub on the deck - and due to the high electricity tarrifs there is charge of £25 per weekend or £50 per week to use it.
Other facilities include open fire with logs (further logs available at a charge), central heating, washer/dryer, TV, video, telephone, stereo, games, BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Complimentary welcome hamper of locally sourced goodies on arrival.
This property is not particularly suitable for families with very young children due to its open staircase.

We can provide a range of options if you want a catering service. We recommend that you liaise with the caterer of your choice directly, but we can do this for you at additional cost. All caterers can also supply their own waiting staff. Our 5 most regularly used chefs are listed below. Sarah and Loopy both come highly recommended and are very proficient and efficient chefs. Jamie has worked with us for many years and can offer a huge variety of different dishes. Simon and Meg are still quite new to us but guests who have used them are mightily impressed.

An excellent local chef who can be on hand at short notice to help. Sarah can cater for anything from casual dinner parties to formal meals.

LAURA “LOOPY” FOLKES
Laura is a local chef who offers private catering with all the trimmings. She is very flexible and happy to cater for groups of any size, and stays of any length. Laura can deliver ready-made and home-cooked meals and caters for a wide range of dietary requirements. She is happy to provide tailor-made menus or to work to your own menu ideas.

JAMIE YARDLEY
Jamie cooks any style to a very high standard. Of particular note is his Italian cuisine, which is very good value, and authentic too. His wife makes the most delicious Spanish omelettes/tortillas.
