I agree to be responsible for all members of my group, and to adhere to the rules of use. I accept full responsibly for the safe use of the hot tub at all times, for the full duration of my stay. I have read and understood the rules of use, and agree to adhere to all points. I confirm I will report any issues, damages or accidents immediately to the property manager; and accept liability for any accidents or damage, and acknowledge that White Heron Properties will charge me for any repairs or replacements required.
