First price is full week price; second price is weekend price (3 nights in all properties except the Colloquy which is 2).
There is a 25% securing deposit with balance payable 8 weeks before your visit, otherwise this is construed as cancellation.

Please note that from October 2022 we will be charging for firewood, a small bunch of kindling and a couple of firelighters in any properties with open fires and log burners. In all properties there is a surcharge of £25 for the weekend, or £50 for the week.
Following a huge increase in electricity and water charges there will be a charge for the hot-tubs where they are outside - £25 for the weekend or £50 for the week (Brook and Field).

The Colloquy
If you require the pool in April or October there is a surcharge of £200, and it is at White Heron discretion. Prices are for 16 people and are weekly, second price is a two-night weekend, for three-night weekend add 20%. For additional people up to 23 in total add £100 for week stay, or £80 for weekend stay per full size single bed. If you wish to use extra beds but you are not exceeding 16 in number we can make up these beds at a cost of £40 each.
